The specific tasks included in your service will be confirmed when you book.

2. Quotes and Pricing

• Quotes are based on the information you provide, such as the size, condition and type of your space.
• If the space is significantly different from what was described, or you request extra tasks, the price may change. We'll talk with you before doing any additional work.
• Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote.

3. Scheduling, Rescheduling and Cancellations

• Appointments are confirmed once we agree on a date and time with you.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the time to another client.
• Any late cancellation or lockout fees will be explained to you when you book.

4. Access to Your Property

• You agree to provide safe access to the areas to be cleaned at the scheduled time, including keys, codes or instructions if you won't be home.
• Please let us know in advance about pets, alarm systems or any areas we should avoid.
• Our team may decline to clean areas that are unsafe or that require special equipment, such as biohazards, pest infestations, mold or heights beyond a standard step ladder.

5. Valuables and Fragile Items

We treat your home with care. Before your cleaning, we ask that you put away cash, jewelry, important documents and small valuables, and let us know about any fragile, antique or high-value items that need special attention or should not be touched.

6. Payment

Payment terms, accepted payment methods and due dates will be shared with your quote or booking confirmation. You agree to pay for services according to those terms.

7. Damage or Loss

If you believe something was damaged during a cleaning, please contact us as soon as possible, with photos if you can. We will review every report in good faith. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, items that were already damaged or improperly installed, or damage caused by conditions we could not reasonably see.
